1. はじめに
本プライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）は、7K3ELA（以下「開発者」）が提供するiOSアプリケーション「Yoshi's GPS Tracker」（以下「本アプリ」）における、利用者の情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。
本アプリをダウンロード・使用することで、本ポリシーの内容に同意したものとみなします。同意いただけない場合は、本アプリの使用をお控えください。
2. 収集する情報
位置情報
本アプリは、GPS記録機能の提供を目的として、以下の情報を収集します。
- 緯度・経度（GPS座標）
- 高度
- 位置精度（水平精度・垂直精度）
- 記録日時（タイムスタンプ）
この情報は利用者が記録を開始したときにのみ収集され、利用者のデバイス上に保存されます。開発者はこれらのデータをいかなるサーバーにも送信・受信・保存しません。
自動記録のための位置監視
自動記録機能を有効にした場合、本アプリはiOSのジオフェンシング機能を使用して、バックグラウンドで自宅エリアへの出入りを監視します。この監視はiOSが管理し、開発者がデバイス外で位置情報を取得することはありません。
収集しない情報
- 氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号等の個人識別情報
- デバイス識別子（IDFA等）
- 利用統計・クラッシュレポート（第三者サービス不使用のため）
- 広告識別子
3. 情報の利用目的
収集した位置情報は、以下の目的にのみ使用されます。
- GPXファイルの生成および保存
- 記録履歴の表示（距離・時間・ルートマップ）
- 自動記録機能の動作（自宅エリアの判定）
4. データの保存場所
デバイス内ストレージ
記録されたすべてのデータ（GPXファイル、メタデータ、設定情報）は、利用者のiPhoneのアプリ専用ストレージに保存されます。開発者はこれらのデータにアクセスする手段を持ちません。
iCloud Drive（オプション）
iCloud Drive自動保存機能を有効にした場合、記録完了後に利用者が指定したiCloud DriveフォルダへGPXファイルが保存されます。保存先は利用者自身のApple IDに紐づくiCloud Driveであり、開発者はこのデータにアクセスできません。iCloudの利用にはApple社のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
データのサーバー送信
本アプリには独自サーバーが存在しません。位置情報を含むいかなるユーザーデータも、開発者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。
5. 第三者サービス
Apple MapKit
本アプリは地図表示にApple社のMapKitを使用しています。利用者の記録データ（GPSトラック）はAppleに送信されません。詳細はAppleのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
広告・分析サービス
本アプリは、広告配信・アクセス解析・クラッシュ解析等の第三者サービスを一切使用していません。
6. データの保持と削除
記録データの保持期間は利用者が管理します。以下の方法でいつでも削除できます。
- 本アプリの「Tracks」タブから個別の記録を削除
- iPhoneの「設定」アプリからアプリを削除（すべてのデータが削除されます）
7. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満の子供を対象としていません。13歳未満の子供から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。お子様が本アプリを使用していると判明した場合は、お問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。
8. プライバシーポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは必要に応じて改訂することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は「最終更新日」を更新します。定期的に本ページをご確認いただくことをお勧めします。

1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how 7K3ELA ("Developer") handles information in connection with the iOS application "Yoshi's GPS Tracker" ("App").
By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Information We Collect
Location Data
The App collects the following data solely to provide GPS recording functionality:
- Latitude and longitude (GPS coordinates)
- Altitude
- Accuracy (horizontal and vertical)
- Timestamp
This data is collected only when you start a recording and is stored on your device. The Developer does not transmit, receive, or store this data on any server.
Background Location Monitoring (Auto-Record)
When the Auto-Record feature is enabled, the App uses iOS geofencing to monitor entry and exit of your home area in the background. This is managed by iOS, and the Developer does not access location data outside your device.
Information We Do Not Collect
- Personal identifiers (name, email, phone number, etc.)
- Device identifiers (IDFA, etc.)
- Usage analytics or crash reports (no third-party services are used)
- Advertising identifiers
3. How We Use Information
Collected location data is used solely for:
- Generating and saving GPX files
- Displaying track history (distance, duration, route map)
- Operating the Auto-Record feature (home area detection)
4. Data Storage
On-Device Storage
All recorded data (GPX files, metadata, settings) is stored in the App's private storage on your iPhone. The Developer has no means to access this data.
iCloud Drive (Optional)
If you enable iCloud Drive auto-save, GPX files will be saved to a folder you specify in your own iCloud Drive. The Developer has no access to this data. Apple's Privacy Policy applies to iCloud usage.
No Server Transmission
The App has no backend server. No user data, including location information, is ever sent to the Developer's servers.
5. Third-Party Services
Apple MapKit
The App uses Apple's MapKit for map display. Your recorded GPS tracks are not sent to Apple. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for details.
Advertising and Analytics
The App does not use any third-party advertising, analytics, or crash reporting services.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
You control how long your data is retained. You may delete your data at any time by:
- Deleting individual tracks from the "Tracks" tab in the App
- Deleting the App from your iPhone (removes all App data)
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child has used the App, please contact us.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
