本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、7K3ELA（以下「開発者」）が提供するiOSアプリケーション「Yoshi's GPS Tracker」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。
本アプリをダウンロードまたは使用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。同意いただけない場合は、本アプリのダウンロードおよび使用をお控えください。
2. 本アプリの目的と利用条件
本アプリは、スマートフォンを携帯した移動経路をGPSで記録・管理することを目的として提供されます。利用者は本規約および適用される法令を遵守した上で、本アプリを個人的な目的に限り使用することができます。
3. GPS精度に関する免責事項
本アプリが記録するGPS位置情報の精度は、以下の要因により変動します。
- 建物・地下・トンネル・樹木等による電波遮蔽
- 天候・大気状態
- iOSおよびデバイスのGPS性能
- iOSの電力管理設定（省電力モード等）
開発者は、本アプリが記録する位置情報・距離・経路の正確性について、いかなる保証もしません。本アプリは、ナビゲーション（道案内）、法的証拠、緊急時の位置確認、その他の精度が要求される用途に使用しないでください。
4. 免責事項
本アプリは「現状有姿」（as-is）で提供されます。開発者は、以下の事項について一切の責任を負いません。
- 本アプリの動作中断・バグ・エラーによって生じた損害
- 記録データの消失または破損
- iOSのバージョンアップによる機能への影響
- バックグラウンド記録がiOSによって制限・停止されることによる記録の欠損
- 本アプリの使用またはデータの内容に基づく判断・行動によって生じた損害
5. 禁止事項
利用者は、本アプリを以下の目的に使用してはなりません。
- 本人の同意を得ることなく、第三者の位置情報を記録・監視すること（ストーキング等）
- 適用される法律または規制に違反する行為
- 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、改ざん
- 本アプリを商業目的で再配布・販売すること
- その他、公序良俗に反する行為
6. 知的財産権
本アプリに含まれるすべてのソフトウェア、デザイン、テキスト、グラフィクス等の著作権その他の知的財産権は、開発者に帰属します。本規約は、これらの知的財産権を利用者に譲渡または許諾するものではありません。
7. プライバシー
本アプリによる情報の取り扱いについては、プライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。プライバシーポリシーは本規約の一部を構成します。
8. 利用規約の変更
開発者は必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の利用規約は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。重要な変更がある場合は「最終更新日」を更新します。
9. サービスの中断・終了
開発者は事前の通知なく本アプリの提供を変更、中断、または終了する権利を留保します。これによって生じた損害について、開発者は責任を負いません。
10. 準拠法および管轄裁判所
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリの利用に関して生じた紛争については、開発者の住所を管轄する日本の裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the iOS application "Yoshi's GPS Tracker" ("App") provided by 7K3ELA ("Developer").

2. Purpose and Permitted Use
The App is designed to record and manage GPS movement routes. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
3. GPS Accuracy Disclaimer
The accuracy of GPS data recorded by the App may vary due to:
- Obstruction from buildings, tunnels, trees, or other structures
- Weather and atmospheric conditions
- The GPS performance of your iOS device
- iOS power management settings (e.g., Low Power Mode)
The Developer makes no warranty regarding the accuracy of recorded location data, distances, or routes. Do not use this App for navigation, legal evidence, emergency location, or any use case requiring precision accuracy.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Developer is not responsible for:
- Interruptions, bugs, or errors during App operation
- Loss or corruption of recorded data
- Impact of iOS updates on App functionality
- Gaps in recordings caused by iOS background execution limits
- Any decisions or actions taken based on App data
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the App to:
- Record or monitor another person's location without their consent (e.g., stalking)
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
- Redistribute or sell the App for commercial purposes
- Engage in any conduct contrary to public order or morality
6. Intellectual Property
All software, design, text, graphics, and other content in the App are the intellectual property of the Developer. These Terms do not grant you any rights to the Developer's intellectual property.
7. Privacy
